Net-30 Terms & Conditions

By applying for or using Net-30 payment terms with Wise Parts & Service, the applicant or customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Credit Approval

All Net-30 terms are subject to approval by Wise Parts & Service. Submission of a credit application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke Net-30 privileges at any time and for any reason.

2. Payment Terms

Approved customers agree that full payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing by Wise Parts & Service.

3. First Order / Prepayment

Wise Parts & Service reserves the right to require prepayment on first-time orders, large orders, custom orders, special-order items, or any order deemed necessary at our sole discretion before Net-30 terms become active or before shipment is released.

4. Late Payments

Any balance not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee or finance charge of up to 1.5% per month (18% annually), or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower.

5. Suspension of Terms

If any invoice becomes past due, Wise Parts & Service may suspend open account privileges, delay shipments, cancel pending orders, or require future orders to be prepaid until the account is brought current.

6. Returned Payments / Failed Payments

Customer agrees to pay any fees associated with returned checks, failed ACH transactions, chargebacks, collections, or other payment recovery costs incurred by Wise Parts & Service.

7. Purchase Orders

If the customer uses purchase order numbers, the customer is responsible for providing accurate PO information at the time of order. Issuance of a purchase order does not alter or extend the payment due date unless agreed to in writing.

8. Billing Disputes

Any billing dispute, discrepancy, or claim must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of the invoice date. Failure to notify us within that time may be considered acceptance of the invoice as accurate.

9. Personal Guarantee / Business Responsibility

The applicant represents that all information submitted is true and correct. If credit is extended to a business entity, the business remains fully responsible for payment of all invoices and charges incurred on the account.

10. Collections and Attorney’s Fees

If this account is placed for collection or legal action is required to recover unpaid balances, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Right to Modify or Revoke Terms

Wise Parts & Service may modify credit limits, shorten terms, revoke Net-30 privileges, or place the account on prepaid status at any time based on payment history, order volume, credit risk, or other business considerations.

12. No Waiver

Failure by Wise Parts & Service to enforce any of these terms at any time shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights to enforce them later.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the agreement box, submitting a credit application, placing an order under Net-30 terms, or otherwise using an approved account, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Net-30 Terms & Conditions.
